Education and Youth Engagement

Want to help school learners and young people to better understand how democracy works in Wales, and how to have their say through the Welsh Parliament?

The Senedd Cymru Education and Young Engagement team sessions and resources help Welsh school learners and young people better understand how democracy works in Wales and how they might have their say through the Welsh Parliament.

They align with the four purposes of Curriculum for Wales to nurture Welsh young people into:

  • ambitious, capable learners
  • skilled, creative contributors
  • moral, informed citizens
  • healthy and confident individuals.

Take a look at our range of resources, sessions and professional development and see how they can be of use in responding to curriculum for Wales requirements.
